Who is He

Dilip Ramachandran is one of the pioneers in enabling technology for facilitating Child Transformation and is also a passionate Educationist, who envisions to evolve the current standardized Education system into a much more skill based , personalized and optimal learning model ; with the single objective of grooming the genius in every child.

Dilip is also an ardent supporter of the movement to facilitate creative schooling , a movement to bring in a holistic approach to the way we educate children today .

An Engineer by profession, Dilip is also a highly passionate businessman ; he co-founded the technology company ZoftSolutions in 2014 , which operates globally offering services in niche technologies like AI & Advanced Analytics.

Currently the Global CEO of ZoftSolutions , due to his passion of encouraging children to take the path that matters them most ,Dilip is a favourite speaker on Child Transformation vs Child Education at various Education summits.

In 2017 , Dilip and his team had invested in a R&D unit , that would research on possibilities of enabling Customized Teaching and Personalized learning to Children based on innate skills . This journey has lead to the creation of an Edutech company SchoolWizard , which is completely focused on transforming Children by helping them identify their natural talents and there by grooming them to enable a passion driven career.

Within SchoolWizard:-

• He has created the first AI-based skill recommendation & guidance system for Children; for which Dilip owns the patency.
• He has created the largest online platform of coaches for the skill development of K12 children.
• And the very first online marketplace of products & services for developing various personality traits & skills in Children based on age and different milestones.
